This publication illustrates the wealth of practices and frameworks structuring water governance in the Franco-Vaud-Geneva region. About forty public policy tools, with a great diversity, support this cross-border collaboration. This document provides an analysis of the structure and development of this governance system, which can be described as both innovative and atypical.
