Cycling

Geneva's network of cycling tracks covers the whole Canton.

By car

To be allowed to drive in Geneva, you will have to exchange your national driving licence for a Swiss driving licence within one year of your arrival in the territory.

To drive a car in Geneva, you do not have to own your vehicle. You can also join a car-sharing cooperative, or practice carpooling:
