Lost property

1. Overview

You lost an object?

Come to our counters, with an ID card, or, call us in order to be advised beforehand on objects with nominative information only. Any return will be accompanied by fees based on the object's value (or a minimum fee of CHF 10.-).

The Lost and Found office also establishes loss certificates, as well for lost identity documents, and opens a research file, on written request only.

Have you found an item belonging to someone else?

You can drop it off at the Lost and Found office (5, rue des Glacis-de-Rive - 1207 Geneva) during our opening hours or in the mailbox, accessible and secured 24/7. You also have the possibility to bring it to any police station.

If you found it in a TPG vehicle (Geneva Public Transport), please give it to the driver.
