Whether you have lost or found keys, a wallet, a telephone or even identity documents, the lost property office centralises all lost items in the canton of Geneva that are reported to it.
Have you lost something? It may have been handed in to the lost property office.
Have you found an item? You can bring it to the lost property office so that its owner can retrieve it.
Registering a lost item allows the lost property service to contact you when your item is found.
To replace your lost identity documents, you must request a certificate of loss. The certificate of loss may also be useful for insurance purposes.
