OCEI promotes Geneva's economic sector and offers various services free of charge to both international and local companies keen to set up and develop their business in Geneva.

OCEI's activities focus on three areas:

For local businesses
Assistance to existing companies and start-ups.
OCEI provides support and advice in starting and strengthening the activities of local businesses.

For international companies
Assistance in setting up and developing activities in the canton.
OCEI deals with each individual project in Geneva and works closely with the best specialists in the regional economy to meet the needs of international companies. It provides support in obtaining work permits, in finding premises and in its contacts with service providers and banks.

Coordination activities
Assistance with bringing together various economic actors within the canton of Geneva.
OCEI has extensive knowledge of the administration, industry, scientific research centers and service companies in the region.
