6. Announce the accommodation of a foreign person
Any landlord wishing to host a person of foreign origin for profit and for a period of less than 60 days, must notify the police authorities as soon as possible.
The information must be transmitted as soon as the tenant has taken possession of the place of residence.
To do this, the landlord must carry out several formalities for registration with the police services:
- Opening a e-administration account for individual
For control purposes, only verified registration will be accepted.
If the landlord already has a e-administration account corresponding to the requirements, please ignore this 1st step.
- Once registration has been completed, the landlord must send the following information to the email address sdoc.bullettes@police.ge.ch:
- ID number
- Last name First Name
- Legal address
- Phone number
- Contact details of the accommodation location rented (if different from the legal domicile address).
In return, the landlord will receive an email confirming that his registration code has been duly created and indicating the instructions to follow for sending information to the Police.
