For whom
You will receive a personal code in the following case:
- You have received a notice of expiry for the renewal of your authorisation. Your personal code is on the document that was sent to you.
It is not possible to use the AEL or EDP reference number of an online application to track this.

For whom
Foreign nationals holders (except holders of N, F and S permits) who have applied for a residence or work permit more than 2 months ago.
If the request is for a family, one appointment is sufficient.
Terms
- The appointment is personal.
- It is not possible to make an appointment for a third party (except for spouses and minor children).
- If you are a proxy, please invite your principal to make their request for an appointment themself.
- The permit application was filed more than two months ago.

What
Follow-up appointments can be made by phone or on site. Please make only one type of appointment at a time and wait at least 4 weeks before making a possible second appointment, otherwise the latter could be cancelled.
If you make your appointment request from a mobile phone, you should set your keyboard in French so that you can correctly enter the data in the different fields of the form.
