French courses for parents whose children attend public compulsory school

Do you wish to better integrate into daily life in Geneva and meet other foreign language speaking parents?
Would you like to support your child's school career and improve communication with the school?
For who
French courses are intended for foreign-speaking parents who have children enrolled in public school (primary school and/or orientation cycle).
Your personal data will remain confidential.
What
Classes take place once a week throughout the school year. A certificate of attendance (for a minimum of 80% course attendance) is given to participants at the end of the year.
When
Classes start at the end of September and end at the end of May (around 30 lessons).
Current session : from 23 of September 2024 to 31 of May 2025.
Terms
Have a child attending public school in Geneva (primary school or orientation cycle).
Times and Locations
Class times are from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. For level A1, courses are also offered on Wednesdays from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The courses offered take place at CO Aubépine, CO Coudriers, CO Sécheron.
The 2024-2025 program is available.

The final orientation will be confirmed during the first lessons.
Price
The courses are free, the purchase of books is the responsibility of the participants.
From level A2, a registration fee of 40 francs is required.
How to register
Registrations for 2024-2025 took place from August 19 to September 6, 2024 and are now closed.
No more registrations are accepted.
