For the nationals of these countries, the free movement of persons is complete. There are no longer any transitional provisions with regard to them.
For Croatian nationals, there are transitional provisions limiting their first access to the Swiss labor market (in particular respect for the priority of the Swiss labor market). The same applies to service providers in certain branches.
The nationals of these countries are subject to the same rules as those applicable to the citizens of EU-27 countries.
